How Do I Submit A Return Request?

To submit a request, please send Email to kinglemc@gmail.com, then you will get a  Return/Exchange Portal. Any Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

 

Is There A Time Limit On Returning?

If the product have damaged problem, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 7 days of your product be received.

How Will I Be Refunded On My Return?

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will issue your approved refund via the original method of payment.

 

Do I Have To Pay For Shipping On A Return Or Exchange?

US Domestic: For all approved Return or exchanges, we will process a free domestic return shipping label via a prepaid USPS label, and will re-ship your replacement free of charge.

International: You have to pay the shipping cost on Return Or Exchange.

 

What Must The Condition Of The Product Be Upon Arrival?

All returns must be unused, in the condition you received them.
